What happens on the call

Ten minutes on your situation, fifteen on what we'd fix first, five on whether a project makes sense. If it doesn't, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Common Questions

Before you book

What does a CPG consultant actually do?

We do the commercial work an emerging brand can't hire a full team for yet: Amazon and marketplace launches, Circana/Nielsen scanner data analysis, line review decks and buyer materials, pricing and promo architecture, and distributor compliance. Fixed-scope projects with named deliverables — not open-ended retainers.

What size brands do you work with?

Emerging consumer brands — typically from pre-retail through the first few thousand doors. If you're preparing for a first major retail pitch, fixing an Amazon presence, or trying to make sense of your first syndicated data subscription, you're in the sweet spot.

How much does an engagement cost?

Every project is fixed-scope and quoted after the free audit call, so you know the full price before we start. No retainer is required to begin, and ongoing support is optional after the project ships.

What happens on the free audit call?

Thirty minutes: ten on your situation, fifteen on what we'd fix first, five on whether a project makes sense. You leave with at least three concrete things to fix whether or not we work together — and if we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Do you work with brands outside food and beverage?

Our deepest expertise is food and beverage, but the mechanics — velocity math, line reviews, FBA operations, distributor compliance — apply across consumer packaged goods. If you're on a retail shelf or an Amazon search page, we can probably help; the audit call will tell us both quickly.
